By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic products in South Africa.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

📦 Orders & Fulfillment

 

Once payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details.

Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Customized or bulk orders may require additional time.

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

 

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

Delivery times vary depending on location and product type. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.

WineGifts.co.za is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.

💳 Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.

We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and EFT.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Returns: Products may be returned within X days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Exclusions: Customized, branded, or perishable items cannot be returned unless faulty.

🎁 Corporate & Custom Orders

 

Branding, engraving, and bulk orders are subject to separate lead times and terms.

Quotes provided for corporate orders are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
