Refunds and Returns
At Wine Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process in accordance with South African consumer protection standards.
How to Initiate a Return
If you are dissatisfied with your order or have concerns about product quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@winegifts.co.za. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may include a restocking fee of up to 30% of the order value. This fee does not apply if the product arrived damaged or defective.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on arrival:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased on sale
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after we receive your returned shipment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For alternative payment methods, refunds are transferred via EFT.
Please allow 30 days from receipt of your return for the refund to appear in your account.
Product Unavailability
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full refund within 7 days. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is insufficient or quality standards are not met, with a full refund issued at no cost to you.
