1. How long does delivery take?

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. In terms of delivery times once your order has left us:

  • Major cities: 1-3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-5 business days
  • Remote locations: 5-7 business days.

 

Note: lead times for branded orders vary by type of product, quantity required and time of year (peak / low seasons). 


2. Do you deliver nationwide?

 

Yes, we deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote areas may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated.


3. Can I track my order?

 

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.


4. Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

 

Same-day delivery is not always possible but we do have express delivery options. Please contact us for urgent requests and a formal quote for expedited delivery.


5. Can I send gifts directly to the recipient?

 

Yes, you can enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We also offer gift wrapping and personalized messages to make your gift extra special.


6. What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


7. Do you accept returns?

 

Yes, products can be returned within 21 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customized or branded items cannot be returned unless faulty.


8. Can I place bulk or corporate orders?

 

Yes, we specialize in corporate gifting and bulk orders. Lead times may vary depending on quantity and branding requirements. Contact us for a tailored quote.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept major credit/debit cards, EFT, and other secure online payment options. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

 

10. How do I upload the artwork for my order?

 

Once your order is received, one of our agents will email you for the artwork so we can prepare the layouts for checking and approval before we brand the goods. You can also email your logo, design or text requirements to us at info@winegifts.co.za
