🌍 Production Lead Times
All products carry their own lead time for readiness. This is indicated on each product page in the main description field. Whilst we do keep stock of most products, some items such as wine crates and wine racks are 'made-to-order' and need a few days to get ready before dispatch.

📦 Order Processing
Standard Orders: Unbranded, stock items can usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours from receipt of your order.
Customized & Branded Orders: Orders requiring engraving, packaging, printing may take longer to fulfill. We’ll provide updated timelines on receipt of your order.
Bulk Orders: For larger quantities, fulfillment times may vary depending on stock availability and customization requirements. We'll confirm these timelines upon receipt of your order.

Major Cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): Typically 3-4 business days.
Regional Areas: Allow 5-7 business days.
Remote Locations: Delivery may take longer; we’ll notify you if additional time is required.

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For end-user gifts, we offer premium wrapping and presentation options. Corporate clients can request branded packaging to align with their company identity.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your delivery in real time.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date? Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery on exact dates as the courier movements and timelines are out of our control but we will always endeavour to get the products to you before your required date.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays? Weekend and holiday deliveries are available in some instances. Surcharges applicable.
What happens if my order is delayed? We’ll notify you immediately and provide updated timelines.
