Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged on arrival. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We make use of reliable door-to-door courier services within South Africa. Shipping will be calculated at check out.

Unbranded orders are ready for dispatch 24-48 hours after payment has been received. Branded orders will carry a lead time depending on the quantity required. Please inquire further if necessary.

This gift can be custom branded by means of printing of a logo onto the wine bag. Setup and printing fees applicable. Please inquire further for a full quote including branding.
